Tips is a great little word. One can use it anywhere for practically anything; hence, everybody has "tips" for everything. The word "tips" is definitely overworked. People steer away from using it. Having said all that, I would like to leave some "tips" for today’s Youth Workers. One of the few good things about aging is that it gives you experience. Nothing but time gives a person actual experience, not even a book. Why reinvent the wheel? If someone has done it then grab what you can and grow from there. If they have found an idea or concept has failed, there is no need in repeating the same thing. Below I have listed some things that I have learned. You are welcome to anything I know and have used.
