In Mark 4 we read the story of a servant sowing seeds. The story is a great illustration of how God's Word is planted into the receptive human heart. Many of us instead of having a heart of good plowed soil have thick weeds. The Gospel seed sown into a weedy heart struggles to exist and never produces fruit.
